Insurance & OCD

At SOAR, we know navigating insurance can be challenging. While we don’t take insurance directly, Dr. Martinez is dedicated to helping you maximize benefits and reduce out-of-pocket costs. If you have an OCD diagnosis, follow her step-by-step guide to make the most of your coverage.

SOAR Policy on Working with Insurance

SOAR is out-of-network and does not negotiate rates or contracts. SOAR does not accept single case agreements (SCAs) or letters of agreement (LOAs). Any agreements with your insurance are between you and them. While full fees are charged at the time of service, your insurance may reimburse some costs, which could count toward your in-network deductible and annual maximum.

Superbills are available in the Client Portal, and you're responsible for any fees not covered by insurance. If your insurance contacts SOAR, rates are non-negotiable, and calls or paperwork over 15 minutes will incur a charge.
