This free call allows a SOAR provider to listen to your concerns and ensure you (or the patient) are an appropriate fit for our services. If we’re a good match, we’ll help set up your Client Portal, send new patient paperwork, and schedule your first appointment.

Our Diagnostic Intake is a comprehensive evaluation designed to identify your primary concerns and any co-occurring conditions. Through this thorough assessment, we gain a deeper understanding of your unique needs, allowing us to create a personalized and effective treatment plan tailored specifically for you.

Individual therapy sessions are designed to support your unique goals and needs, following the tailored treatment plan created during your Diagnostic Intake. Our skilled clinicians use evidence-based approaches to help you navigate challenges, build coping skills, and work toward lasting growth and wellness.

Group therapy (21+) provides a unique opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences in a supportive, evidence-based environment. Led by a SOAR clinician, sessions focus on OCD, anxiety, mood disorders, and related conditions, complementing individual treatment.
